Shipping and Delivery Times
Delivery Time Discreet Delivery in Neutral Shipping Box
We deliver your ordered products absolutely discreetly in a neutral, unprinted box. The sender is also kept neutral. Therefore, no conclusions can be drawn about where you ordered the goods and what goods are in the box.
Delivery Time
Unless otherwise stated in the offer, we determine the appropriate shipping method and the transport company at our reasonable discretion. We currently ship with DHL. Delivery within Germany takes 2 to 4 business days (delivery times abroad may be 2 to 3 business days longer) to the delivery address you provide. Depending on the payment method, delivery time may vary.
Monday to Friday
Orders received Monday through Friday before 2 p.m. will be shipped the same day. The arrival of the delivery depends on the shipping method you choose (standard or express).
Saturday to Sunday
All orders placed on Friday after 2 p.m. will be processed on Monday.
Orders are not processed on Saturdays and Sundays, and no deliveries are made on Sundays. We ask for your understanding.
